Data & security

Your case information deserves trust.

A clear, honest summary of how CourtRoom AI handles your case content, evidence, and account.

Private by default

We don't make user case information public. Reports, transcripts, and evidence stay inside your account unless you choose to share, export, or generate a replay link.

Evidence control

You control what you upload and what you delete. Remove individual files at any time, or request full account + case deletion.

AI processing

Case inputs are processed by AI systems to generate simulations, reports, and references. Don't upload information you don't want processed by an external AI provider.

Third-party providers

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, payment, AI processing, analytics, and lawyer discovery. See Privacy Policy for the categories.

Security practices

What we do today

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the platform
  • Access controls scoped to your account
  • Private user accounts with email-based sign-in
  • Responsible storage practices for case content and evidence
  • Limited sharing — no public listing of user cases
  • Deletion options where available — request removal anytime
Important
CourtRoom AI is not a substitute for secure legal counsel communication. We don't currently claim HIPAA, SOC 2, or attorney-client privilege protection. For genuinely sensitive legal communications, use a licensed attorney's secure channel.

More detail on data handling lives in our Privacy Policy. If you'd like to request data deletion or have a security question, email support@courtroomai.io.

Trust, then preparation.

If anything here feels off, write to us before running a case. We'd rather you understand the platform than rush into it.

CourtRoom AI is for legal preparation and education only. It is not legal advice and does not replace a licensed attorney.
