By using CourtRoom AI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CourtRoom AI is a preparation and education platform. It generates AI courtroom simulations, structured preparation reports, replays, jurisdiction references where available, and surfaces nearby lawyer listings inside reports. It is a software tool — not a law firm and not a substitute for one.

Nothing on CourtRoom AI is legal advice. Simulations, reports, jurisdiction references, and AI outputs are informational and educational only. Always consult a licensed attorney before making decisions about a real case.

Using CourtRoom AI does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and CourtRoom AI, its operators, employees, or any lawyer listed in the nearby lawyer discovery feature.

• Provide accurate information about your situation.
• Use the platform for lawful preparation purposes only.
• Verify any factual or legal claim before acting on it.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

You retain ownership of anything you upload (case descriptions, evidence files, notes). You grant CourtRoom AI a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service — including running AI simulations on your inputs and rendering replays you choose to share.

AI can make mistakes — including misstating facts, missing recent legal changes, applying the wrong rule, or producing inconsistent reasoning. You are responsible for verifying outputs and must not rely solely on AI output for legal decisions. Jurisdiction references may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Each plan is a one-time payment per case purchase. Quality-failed simulations automatically refund their credit. Other refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — email support@courtroomai.io. Tax may apply depending on your location.

Lawyer listings are informational only. CourtRoom AI does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any listed attorney's availability, quality, fees, or fitness for your matter. You are responsible for selecting and vetting any attorney you choose to contact.

• Uploading content you have no right to share.
• Attempting to extract another user's case data.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing the platform.
• Using outputs to mislead a court, government, or third party.
• Using CourtRoom AI to provide legal services to third parties without your own license to practice.

CourtRoom AI, its software, design, and branding are owned by us. Your case content remains yours. Generated simulations and reports derived from your inputs may be used by you for personal preparation and consultation with attorneys.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when feasible. We are not liable for downtime or for losses caused by interruption of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtRoom AI's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtRoom AI from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via the website or to active accounts. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
